£125,001 - £250,000..........£395

£250,001 - £500,000..........£595

£500,001 - £750,000..........£1,500

£750,001 - £1,000,000.......£2,000

£1,000,001 - £2,000,000....£3,000

£2,000,001 - £5,000,000....£5,000

All of the above are plus VAT and disbursements.

Our fees are fixed at the prices above. There are no hidden costs for mortgages, stamp duty return forms, leasehold properties etc.
